[Pyars-users] pyARS: new version 1.1.0 has been released

Dear pyars users!

The new version 1.1.0 has finally been released. This includes a completely
new module (erars) on top of pyars which offers much more convenient and
completely automatic data type conversion (between pythonic data structures
that you use and the C type data structures the API uses).
