[Pyars-users] pyARS: new version 1.0.0 has been released

Dear pyars users!

The new version 1.0.0 has finally been released today. This release features
support for API 7.1, more unit tests, updated documentation as well as many
small bugfixes that should make your life easier.
 
The next step is to add a more pythonic layer on top of this existing
integration.
