I have built python 2.7.7 32 bit applying the patch involving cfields and I am still getting this error:

assert alignment(N13ARValueStruct3DOLLAR_1E)

This was a bug in pyARS 1.8.1 for the 8.0 and 8.1 versions of the ARAPI. It will be fixed in pyARS 1.8.2.
