#2 Drag to Undock loses grip on window

When dragging the window from a docked to an undocked
state, the mouse loses its control of the window if
moving too quickly. Keeping the button down and
returning to the window boundaries restores control
but doesn't fix the situation.

If the window is released, and re-dragged, the mouse
doesn't lose control.
