Support for other audio formats

    I've seen the screenshots and it looks great.
    But one little question.
    Will it support other audio formats other than the ones stated (like Musepack, etc)?

      Yes, I definitely have that in mind, but currently it fails to playback mp3 songs with bad CRC and I need to have that fixed first. Pyamp will have support for more audio formats, and will always remain as a music player :)

      Thanks for the compliment and please use/abuse it and submit bug reports/patches so I can work less (I am lazy :D)

        Does the player require KDE?
        I'm trying to keep my desktop GTK2 only. ;)

      That's too bad, it does require KDE.
      Btw, it is written with SciTE, a GTK2 editor :]
