[Py2exe-users] Setting a service description with _svc_description_

We're using py2exe 0.6.3 to construct a service executable. Per the
win32all framework, we set a _svc_description_ class attribute on our
service class - but boot_service.py ignores that. The attached patch
picks up _svc_description_, if any, and passes it through to
win32serviceutil.InstallService().
