[Py2exe-users] Wiki link spam?

If you look at the bottom of the page at

<http://starship.python.net/crew/theller/moin.cgi/TitleIndex>

you'll see at lot of links that, according to the bottom line in that
page were added by someone or something with an IP address of
210.82.106.156.

I assume this is link spam.  I have seen this in the past several times.

What I generally do is to remove this stuff, and block the IP address in
the wiki config file moin_config.py.  Is this the right thing to do?
Are these links really spam - I don't speak or read japanese, so I
cannot really be sure...
