[Py2exe-users] Where's the .exe?

I am experimenting with building apps again, after a bit of upgrading
to Python 2.7 and wxPython 2.9.1.1.

I'm updating the application code on the SmallwxApp page
(http://wiki.wxpython.org/SmallApp).

I run:

python setup.py py2exe

I get a build and dist directories.

Inside the dist directory I have:

bz2.pyd
library.zip
python27.dll
select.pyd
smallwxapp.ico
unicodedata.pyd
wx9popen.exe

No other executable file shows up.

I followed steps 1-4 of the tutorial on py2exe.org's wiki and got an
actual executable file.

What gives? Is there a new blip I don't know about? Is there a
compatibility problem with 2.7 or wx 2.9.1.1?
