Michael, since around 5 years I am successfully using InnoSetup. You can find an example within sitepackages\py2exe\extending\setup.py Good: - example integrated within py2exe basic package - small installer packages (InnoSetup supports quite good compression) - InnoSetup = free as in beer Bad: - it's not .msi; so some software deployment systems behave stubborn.
