Sounds like you've run into the same bug as everyone else.  This has been posted before.  Change is in CVS, just not the release.
Try patching it yourself (line 385)
--                package = ".".join(item.__name__.split(".")[:-1])
++                package = "\\".join(item.__name__.split(".")[:-1])
