I have successfully used py2exe numerous times in the past, and have enjoyed its ease of use for some time. However, my latest project has me stumped. The .pyw file executes beautifully, but when I attempt to create an exe, I get the following message:

"The following modules appear to be missing  ['_scproxy', 'dummy.Process']"

When I attempt to run the created .exe, nothing happens. No error messages or logs. Just a few seconds of hourglass, if that.

The project uses the following modules: os, sys, win32api, win32con, win32gui_struct, threading, win32gui, win32com.client, time, and erars, which is included in the pyars package (a COM client for an IT ticketing system)

I've tried with python versions 2.5 and 2.6, and the most up to date release of py2exe. My looks as follows:

from distutils.core import setup
import py2exe

       author="Seth Miller",
       windows = [{"script": "script.pyw",
                   "icon_resources": [(1, "icon.ico")]}],
       data_files = [('',['files'])],

Any suggestions?
