unfortunately I have only on python26.dll on the system :-(

but could a try: around import stackless be the culprit?

Hi all,

py2exe was doing everything i wanted until I ran into 2 issues; this is the
first, I will put the other (possibly related) question into another thread.

I am using stackless python in my application. Stackless provides its own
python26.dll and the stackless module is in that case a built-in. Unfortunately
the .exe can not import stackless.

What should I do to fix that?

I guess py2exe picks up the original python26.dll, instead of the stackless one.
Make sure that you only have the correct one on your system.

Thomas
