I have dug around looking for any experience putting pyOpenGL into a single file distribution.  Since the old OpenGL work around involved manually copying it into the dist folder, is there another way now?  Perhaps a way to add files to an exe?  As is, I am getting the classic OpenGL issue:

  File "resonon\selection.pyo", line 9, in ?

I am trying to create an exe with software that includes openGL, PyGame, wx, Numeric, as well as some dlls I compiled myself.  I have a feeling this is only the beginning, but I am excited by the prospect of a single exe.
thanks everyone,
