#140 Move to github.
I like github as it is much easier to not only open up issues,but it also has pull requests so that way you can merge their changes into py2exe if needed to help fix or to spot bugs. Also there it is much easier to download releases and stuff as before I found out sourceforge (this site) can randomly add in some malware to exe's which is (or was) extrememly bad (if that was all true). Also UPX recently moved to github as well from sourceforge so all the more reason to move. Don't need to pay any money to use github either.
