#118 library.zip file read patterns slow with antivirus

I submitted a bug about TortoiseHg recently, which they recommended to be brought up here. I'll just redirect to the original issue, see: http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/issue/1202/hg-log-runs-slowly-even-in-empty-repo . Profiling shows that when a python executable is run, some 2000 file reads is performed to library.zip, which makes antivirus go nuts.
