[py-xmlrpc-devel] Problem with py-xmlrpc rpm's

I tried to install the latest py-xmlrpc rpms on my Red Hat 7.2 system and
all I got was an error message that "read manifest failed."  It happened
with both the binary and the src rpm.  I also tried the next earlier binary
and got the same message.
