The latest version of py-xmlrpc has been released.  There are many feature
improvements (mostly based on requests), and a few bugfixes.

This is probably the last releases (outside of a bugfix release) under this
codebase.  I have the new codebase ready to go, and will post it as 'unstable'
soon.
