#3 Support attribute fd

Moin,

It would be useful to have support for the attribute fd
(to get the photos from photo ids). A trivial way is by
simply adding 'attribute': 'r' to _fd_modes and
'attribute': '--attribute-fd' to _fd_options.

(Extended support, optional and nice to have, would be
to provide a function like get_next_attribute_packet()
which reads the length of the next packet from the
attribute fd and then reads as many bytes as necessary.
However, that is not absolutely necessary and I can do
it myself in my application.)
