locale.h is not included in paradox.c

PX_timestamp2string doesn't correctly do its type conversion.. type too short. i choose to use long long, but its probably better to use uint64_t

My platform is ubuntu 32 bit. i guess this patch is platform specific!

Just noted the CVS version allready fixed the time printing, didn;t see the locale.h thingy though
