[Pxlib-devel] need help with compiling the library

Hello,

I tried to compile but when sgml-to-manual conversion begins, I get the 
following error message:

parser error : StartTag: invalid element name
<!doctype refentry PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook V4.1//EN" [
  ^


I use gcc 4.0.2 and do have installed a docbook 4.1 package.
