#16 hebrew keyboard problem

i try to connect winwows 2000/2003 by rdp protocol
everything work fine except the keyboard,
when i try to switch bitween language by click left
alt+left shift it seems like alt key is stay pushed
until next left alt is click.

i will happy is someone can explain to how to solve the
problem, my guss is that the answer is somthing with
keymaps.
