Hi all,
We made some enhancement to the current MMC framework and setup a web
page "MSS framework". (http://pxa-linux.sf.net/mss.htm). We think our
work may benefit all the users of the kernel MMC infrastructures. If
you have comment or feedback, please kindly send them to us. We will
appreciate it.
Basically, we separated the driver (block device) and protocol layer
out of the MMC framework. We added multiple card support into the
framework, because in some usages, the hardware has several
MMC/SD/SDIO slots.
The work is far from completion. We keep updating the code. :)
1. modify the code to make the interfaces compatible with the existing
MMC interface.
2. Port them to more platforms.
3. Bring up with more device drivers and protocol drivers.
