#1 Lamp warmup management
A problem is that the lamp needs a certain time to warm
up.
If you calibrate before the calibration is not correct and
so further scans are not correct, too. The primaxd had a
mode for handling this. The sane driver cannot do this
because of it's non persistant nature. So a persistant
lamp control program must be written that handles this.
