To use PWanalyze please download pwanalyze.zip and extract the contents.
Navigate into the pwanalyze folder and double click on the pwanalyze icon to run it.

To start analyzing files open the file menu at the top and click "File" then "Open".

For now select the "sampledata.txt" file found in the pwanalyze folder. To use your own files makes sure they conform to the same format specified in the [The right data format] page.

If you maximize the pwanalyze window it should look like this:

The controls are as follows:

| 1 | Filemenu: Open to open a file to analyze. Save Graph saves the blood pressure trace plot (label 2). Save Analysis saves the log output of the analysis (label 7). About displays information about PWanalyze. Exit closes down the program. |

| 3 | Navigation buttons. << beginning navigates to the start of the x-axis. \<back** navigates="" backwards="" in="" the="" x-axis.="" **forward=""></back**> navigates forwards in the x-axis. end >> navigates to the end of the x-axis. |
| 4 | Zoom changes how much of the data is displayed at once. 100 means 100% of the data is displayed. 2000 means 20 times zoomed in on the x-axis. 1000 means 10 times zoomed in the x-axis. |
| 5 | Go to x-axis position lets you enter in a number and click Go To to display that area of the plot. |
| 6 | Analysis Toolbar: Enter in values for x in start point: and end point: then click the Analyze button to analyze the data from the start point to the end point. |
| 7 | Analysis Log: Records all analysis performed. |
To get started: enter 20000 in the x-axis zoom (%) box (label 4), enter 0 in the start point and 5 in the end point box, and click the Analyze button. You should end up with something that looks like this:

Now you can save your analysis and your plot by the Save Analysis and Save Graph options in the file menu.
