I too noticed the breakdown with picasaweb and pwa.js, which was fortunately resolved by google a few days ago. However, pwa.js won't return to work, but only in google chrome, for some reason. It works like a charm in firefox 3.6 and IE7,8, but absolutely not at all in Chrome 4.1.249.1035 beta (41514). If I inspect with dom inspector, it seems like the script was not even loaded.
