[PVMPOV] pvm patches for povray

Hi, its great to see others working on a PVM patch for povray. I have
written my own patch for povray (based heavily on - read a copy of - 
 the previous patch), with most of the original support - minus 
pvm_hosts which I couldn't be bothered coding... I see you
are well on the way to developing your own version, so I have posted a
few comments on my changes which you may want to look at.

Feel free to fire any comments flames etc in my direction. I'd love to
see what you've achieved so far, but I'll have to figure out CVS first
right?
