Changes:
Added apache allow override control;
Added authentication control over /stats directory;
Made a script that generates statistics using analog, report magic and dns-terror

This is the first release of PVHost. The ftpd that is bundled in this release is modified version of Linux port of OpenBSD ftpd. The modifications were made to allow ftp authentication against a MySQL database insted of PAM.
