#1 Error opening preferences page

I've installed PVCSCommander into Eclipse 3.2.1, but am getting an error when trying to open the preferences page. The error is:

Unable to create the selected preference page. Reason: Plugin com.eatcodensleep.plugin.pvcscommander.PvcsCommander was unable to load class com.eatcodensleep.plugin.pvcscommander.preferences.PvcsCommanderPreferencePage.

I have attached a screen shot.

I had this error shown too when I installed it into OpenEdge.

it works there.

Even i was able to get with eclipse 3.3 but was not able to get in eclipse with Myeclipse. Need a solution for this
