#23 Unable to get a no password connection with Wing IDE

Win10 Home 64 Bit, RPI 3B, Jessie, Python 2.7, Volumio
I am inexperienced to a lot of this so apolgises for my poor description of the problem.

Background.
Up to now I have used ssh with PuTTY and WinSCP and passwords to tinker on the PI without a problem
I now want to debug some python code on my PI which should be reading song titles from the media player Volumio and Wing seemed a suitable choice. It requires ssh to work without a password and detailed instructions are provided with Wing, which I have followed.

It required the creation of public and private keys and use of Pageant, it all seemed to go through ok but it has not set up a password free connection and Wing fails when I try to connect.
Can anybody give some guidance how I might be able to solve this?
