I usually use the tunels a lot but not all the time, in
this case i load the session and setup tunel and then
proxy for another session, putty manager does not allow
me to do this
Unfortunately there are no command line options to putty.exe
that let you load a session but not start it, so I won't be
able to implement this. All I can suggest is that you save
another copy of the session with the port forwards saved in it.
