My download speed on Put.io download manager fluctuates wildly.

Sometimes it will be at a steady 10 MB/s. Then earlier today it was at 0.1 MB/s, then I selected "force to start selected" and the speed jumped to 40 MB/s.

I know speeds can fluctuate because of external factors, but why would it drop down to such a low number?

I am also fine if it doesn't always max out the speed, but if it downloads at 0.1 MB/s then put.io download manager becomes effectively useless.

In general, my download speed is about 800 mbps (as tested on speedtest.net).

I found out that you have to do a speed test and pick another route with a better contention on put.io

It worked for me at least.
