This is mainly a bug fix release. The catmap bug reported by Eddie
Rucker has been fixed, as well as some minor glitches in the Makefile
and the manpage. I also overhauled the matrix conversions operations and
added two regression tests. (NOTE: 'make check' is expected to fail on
test025.pure if you build the interpreter without GSL support. Take this
as a reminder that you need to install GSL to get full matrix support.)
