Ok, I finally got around fixing this (r549). Seems that round et al are 
in C99 but not in POSIX.1. But it's possible to get them from libmingwex.a.

The mingw version now builds cleanly, passes all checks and math.pure 
also loads fine.

If anyone has noticed bugs which haven't been fixed yet, please report 
them *now*, as I'm about to release Pure 0.5 in the course of the next 
few hours.
