Ok, I tested r534 on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard.
The install_name stuff is working, so I could remove my patch, thanks.
The prelude test failed; the log is attached.
The issue with the pass or fail being printed on the next line on  
Leopard hasn't been resolved yet.
