#693 capslock screws up msg box edition

Pd 0.43 Ubuntu Maverick

1. Create a msg box.
2. Turn caps lock on.
3. Type "FOO"
4. Select "FOO" by click dragging with the mouse.
5. Type <ctrl-c>

Bug: "FOO" gets cut instead of copied.

(Note: Steps 2 and 3 are actually interchangeable.)
