#676 mouse wheel scrolling doesn't work properly

In Pd 0.43, if you try to vertically scroll the patch using the mouse scroll wheel, it will always scroll down to the end or up to the beginning at the slightest wheel movement. You cannot scroll of smaller amounts. Basically this is like not being able to scroll at all.

Please provide as detailed information as possible including which operating system (OS), CPU type, specific hardware, and the exact distro and version of Pd itself, etc.

For example:

Pd version 0.41.4-extended
Mac OS X 10.5.7/Intel
built-in sound

Pd Vanilla 0.43-0 (precompiled binary for windows downloaded from the official site)

Right now I don't have that machine so I cannot be more specific (e.g. more exact OS version and hardware).

I was using a common USB two-button-plus-one-wheel optical PC mouse. This is a regression of Pd 0.43: version 0.42.5 worked fine on the same machine.

On Pd-extended and pd-vanilla 0.43.1, on both Mac OS X and Ubuntu, this is fixed. Is it still a problem for you?
