#667 testtone.pd references nonexistent "getting started"

testtone.pd references nonexistent "getting started" in the Help menu.

OS/package - Ubuntu 10.10, puredata package 0.42.6-1build1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select "Media->Test Audio and MIDI".

2. Observe that the window says "To see Pd's DOCUMENTATION, select
'getting started' in the Help menu.

3. Observe that there is no such selection in the Help menu.

Expected behavior:

The resource that the user is referred to should exist.
