#655 Audio stops on Macbook Pro when headphones are plugged in

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download Pd-0.43test3 for OS X
2. Open Media -> Test Audio and MIDI... -> select test tone
3. Plug in stereo minijack into the headphone socket

This causes audio to stop.

Audio can be restarted by toggling Pd's DSP status

Is this an issue with Pd-0.43-1? I think I fixed this in Pd-extended 0.43.1 by upgrading the included portaudio code.
