#595 audio device unrecognized

when using pd-extended-042.5-rc5 with osx 10.5.8 on a macbook 2.1

I'am not able to choose any audio device (see attached)
If I try to add audio channels, there is unknown API in the pd-console and pd crash

I have not this problem with pd-extended 0.41.4
(neither with the latest audio build of august)

I have no audio drivers like jack or soundflower installed

more info:

"I have installed pd0.42.5-extended rc-5 on osx 10.5.8
and on my audio settings I see only input device #1, #2 (no build-in input//output)

I can't succeed to hear any sounds
when I change channels to 2, I have in the console the following message : unknown API
and pd crash"

Is this still a problem in Pd-extended 0.43.1 beta builds?
