#466 toxy/tot can't find 'pd' command in 0.43

on latest Pd-0.43.0-devel-windowsxp-i386.exe

help browser doesn't open patches, here is what I get in pd console window:

ERROR: menu_doc_browser non-directory

I tried to read pd version through menu browser but a tcl error message appeared:
can't read "pd_myversion": no such variable

when I close the error message an empty canvas named help1258026719 appears

the external toxy/tot makes this error:

invalid command name "pd"

    The help browser works now, tho that error is still there. Its cosmetic for now.

    The "About Pd" page now works.

    The toxy/tot issue is still present, so I am leaving this report open.

    basically, 'pd' needs to be changed to 'pdsend', if someone wants to adopt toxy/tot.
