#1280 Midi Bug: Active Sense messages causing Fifo Buffer Overload

Active sense messages do not appear to be handled properly in Pd. Symptoms include midi FIFO overloads and "spillage" through the outputs of the other non-system realtime midi objects. Affects Mac, Linux. Have not tested Windows.
