#1115 typo in translation template for +start-here.pd

start-here.pd translation template has a typo in the English string. "outle" instead of "outlet"

Before this can be corrected, all of the completed translations should be downloaded and included in the pure-data svn. This is to avoid the loss of the translations, since they key will change. The patch translations should be changed to use XLIFF format maybe to handle this better.
