By mistake was putting in an object mispelled to [slider] instead of [hslider] and got this error. A slider is occuring on the canvas (though i didn´t see this before). Auto Patch mode was selected

An extra error window is appearing (didn´t see this before either)
with some error text as below
invalid command name "pd"
invalid command name "pd"
while executing
"pd [concat fatom1444cd0 f $val \;]"
(procedure "fatom_cb1444cd0" line 2)
invoked from within
"fatom_cb1444cd0 43.32"
(command executed by scale)

Pd version 0.43.4-extended
Win 7
M-Audio Fast Track Ultra

Sounds like you have an old version of the 'ggee' library installed somewhere in your path. The included version of ggee/slider does not have that error, but the code in the error matches the version of ggee included in Pd-extended 0.42.5.

Try resetting your preferences, click the "Reset to Defaults" button in Edit --> Preferences.
