#15 Windows 8.1 and Eclipse

After updating to Windows 8.1, the PROS perspective completely disappeared from Eclipse. I tried installing PROS fresh on a different Win8.1 machine and had the same issue. I've dug through as many settings as I can find, and see no sign of any Vex options. While I could use the commandline upload method, I'd much rather a return to the integrated solution if that is at all possible.
