[pupnp-user] Doubt in UpnpNotifyExt

Hi,

Could you any one help me to use the "UpnpNotifyExt()" API.  I am very clear
from the document, what the API will do, but I need some help to understand
the second and third argument ( DevID, ServID).

In the Overall UPnP API the DevID and ServID not available to Application
directly, So could any how tell me how to use these argument.

Example : I want to notify the TransportState through LastChange variable in
AVT Service.
