• "Show position" and/or "Record track" settings: now does not block if no network connection (can still record data, or just get position!)
• resized save track file dialog, now is fully usable
• temporary load track file (from the track dialog) to facilitate export

Some android app lifecycle fixing.

• app: save ISO timestamps in track (required to export as gpx)
• map: track editing tools (filters, manual edit, gpx export)

• share pos: disable button and show wait icon when settoken launched!

And now that a few UI bugs have been fixed, we are almost ready for the renowned 1.0 release. :)

After asking the guy who ported Qt to Android in first person --> http://www.kdab.com/qt-android-episode-7/#comment-131544, I fixed all problems with WakeLocks and the app keeps working also in the background.

Well, it started working not bad by now...
I added a few improvements to prototype 0.1:

• Android Wake Lock (if not working use "keep screen on" instead)
• settable time-span (default = 30 s)
• default settings (server, status, keep_screen_on, log_level)
• link from app to map (with default coords in map)
• auto-center map in CT
