#2 Data Synchronization Functionality

Create a new Dialog Form named:
"Synchronize Data", with two buttons:

1.- Sync Locations
2.- Sync Persons

When the button is pushed give a message to the ActiveMQ to get all the data from the Server to the station.

After that if the record exists in the station DB, just upfate it, otherwise insert the record.
