#64 fixes to make the box go together easier

1. move power supply closer to center line to provide more clearance for AC power input wires

2. lower base plate by 10mm (from 25mm to 15mm) to provide clearance for digital output header

3. make faceplate out of thinner sheet metal so that RJ45 snap-in panel mount couplers fully snap in (recommend going to 1.7mm stock instead of 2.00mm currently used).

4. LCD module datasheet is wrong. Horizontal spacing on mounting holes is 53mm not 63mm. Update faceplate drawing with proper dimensions. Narrow cut-out for LCD display area too (too much clearance now). Make brackets for the three faceplates which have been already made.
