#54 Ground planes

There is no keepout region in the ground planes specified
around the unplated holes for the Samtec edgemount
connector's alignment tab. Therefore, I have to drill
through the planes. It doesn't matter so much b/c they
are both grounds, but still, what kind of a 2-bit
operation are you running here?
