Surveys produce millions of pulsar candidates.Assuming that it takes about 1 second to
inspect a candidate by eye, one needs over 250 person-hours to evaluate one million candidates. The number of candidates is beyond the ability of a single person. There are two natural ways to solve the
problem:

1. apply more person power,
2. use computer-based methods to reduce the number of candidates needing inspection.

PEACE is the tool to calculate a score for each of the candidates, where the score is a measurement of the degree to which a candidate matches certain pulsar-like features. Such tool will help speed up the pulsar hunting processes.
